Biography

Dr. Jamal Mohammed – Founder and President of Africa Development Online University (ADOU). Executive Director with Africa Development and Resources Research Institute (ADRRI). Chief Executive Officer with Develop Ghana Limited. A Senior Lecturer in Economics with Koforidua Technical University. He holds PhD in Economics with specialization in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, Development Economics, Economics of Education and Economic Policy. He is currently pursuing a Law at the Central University, Ghana.  He has proven expertise in private sector development, youth economic empowerment, international development planning, environmental protection, or other relevant areas. He has 15 years’ experience in the management of NGO projects and programmes; has considerable knowledge and experience in gender, poverty reduction and environmental issues.
